Settlement Support Specialist

As a settlement support specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering services to humanitarian entrants. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing case management services to clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Liaising with service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
- Using excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural communication, and client advocacy skills to meet the needs of clients and their communities.
About the Role
To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate the following essential criteria:
- A diploma in community services or a relevant qualification with units related to case management or working with vulnerable people.
- A current valid Working with Children Check for Victoria.
- A current valid Driver's Licence for Victoria.
- Experience in providing effective case management to clients from CALD backgrounds in the areas of settlement, community health, or related areas.
