Senior Settlements Professional

La Trobe Financial seeks a highly skilled Senior Settlements Professional to join its Customer Services division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accurately manage loans from Letter of Offer stage through to settlement within required time-frames, providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Liaise with solicitors, brokers and borrowers to achieve settlement in the required time frame.
  • Support Business Development Managers, brokers and borrowers with settlement enquiries, lending initiatives and reporting requirements.
  • Provide essential support to the Commercial Manager, assisting in workflow coordination and team management.
Key Requirements:
  • Preparation of files for settlement in accordance with policy and procedure.
  • Ensure documentation received satisfies requirements of outstanding conditions prior to settlement.
  • Coordination of training for your team, including providing expert advice to the settlements teams.
  • Effective communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial settlements and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
