Job Title: Business Development

Reporting to the Sales Manager - NSW, you will have full flexibility and ownership in increasing NHP's market share throughout the Sydney Metro region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to achieve designated sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies utilising available marketing programs
  • Coordination of customer presentations, highlighting products, solutions & service capabilities and how they improve outcomes
Requirements:
  • Electrical or Electrical engineering related qualification or experience (highly regarded)
  • A strong Sales background, servicing Switchboard Builder customer groups
  • An ability to 'listen to the customer' & translate needs into business solutions
  • Exceptional communicator with strong influencing & relationship building skills
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
