Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Rail Operations Driver to deliver training programs in Mackay, Bowen and Townsville.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in rail operations and training to contribute to the development of the next generation of rail professionals.

About the Role
  • Deliver practical and theoretical training aligned with nationally recognised qualifications.
  • Facilitate rail operations training in accordance with the organisation's training and assessment strategies.
  • Conduct competency assessments to ensure compliance with national training standards.

Requirements

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 / TAE40122) or equivalent.
  • TLI Certificate IV in Train Driving or an equivalent qualification.
  • Significant experience as a qualified Rail Operations Driver.
  • QLD safeworking knowledge and experience.
  • The ability to pass a Category 1 Rail Medical.
  • Valid National Police Clearance(with no court outcomes)
  • Strong knowledge of national rail safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A commitment to safety and high-quality training delivery.
