Community Building Specialist

Hatch is seeking an experienced professional to lead community growth and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining vibrant online communities, as well as experience in event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and growth.
  • Create and curate high-quality content to foster meaningful connections among community members.
  • Plan and execute events, workshops, and webinars that promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including ambassadors, partners, and VIP hiring managers.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform community-building decisions and optimize program effectiveness.
Skill Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in community management, campus programs, or partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in community building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and metrics for measuring community growth and engagement.
