Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's growth by developing and executing strategies to expand existing business relationships.

You will lead a portfolio of advertisers, providing consultative value through strategic planning and product adoption. Your goal will be to drive product adoption and client retention by leveraging performance data and working closely with sales support teams.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of advertisers to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand existing business relationships
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing channels based on metrics such as return on ad spend and cost per acquisition
  • Work closely with sales support teams to optimize and troubleshoot online advertising campaigns
  • Partner with the Product team to surface client feedback and drive product innovation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or account management at an AdTech company
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends within AdTech and MarTech
  • Self-starter with a solutions-oriented attitude
  • Organized and experienced in managing/prioritizing a high volume of tasks
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
