Leadership Position

This is a key leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with strong operational management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

The successful candidate will oversee the operations of an Aged Care division, ensuring compliance, driving change, and improving service delivery to meet industry standards.

  • Operational Growth: Drive daily operations, build stakeholder relationships, identify growth opportunities, and manage activities.
  • Client Care: Lead the team to deliver high-quality care, ensure compliance, handle client feedback, and engage with the community.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, work closely with leaders, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Quality: Maintain audit readiness, lead continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Leadership: Supervise, recruit, and develop your team, manage training, and ensure workforce planning aligns with care needs.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure safe practices, manage risk assessments, and support workplace injury recovery.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in leadership and operational management within the Aged Care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in budgeting and financial management.
  • Tertiary qualification in Health Service Management or business-related discipline and/or experience in a similar role.
  • High level of oral and written communication.
  • Strong networking and business development skills and experience.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Proficient business and financial acumen.
