**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Delivering physical, emotional, and social support to residents, helping them feel valued and cared for.
- ️ Assisting with daily living tasks, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and independence of each resident.
- Monitoring changes in residents' health and reporting these to the Registered/Enrolled Nurse.
- Keeping accurate, up-to-date records in line with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to provide exceptional care that enhances the well-being of our residents.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent qualification).
- ️ A genuine understanding of and passion for aged care practices.
- ️‍️ Current National Police Certificate.
- Previous experience in an aged care setting.
- Ability to speak Italian is a plus (Desirable)
