As a PCW, you will provide vital support to residents during the night, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety are maintained while contributing to their overall wellbeing.

**About the Role**

As a PCW at our **Campbelltown Residential Facility**, your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing overnight support to residents, including personal care, hygiene, repositioning, and mobility assistance
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and promptly reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Assisting in creating a calm and safe environment during the night
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with care plans
- Upholding residents’ dignity, independence, and choice in all interactions
- Supporting infection control, Work Health Safety, and organisational policies

**What We’re Looking For**

**Essential**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Understanding of person-centred care and aged care practices
- A compassionate, respectful, and reliable approach to care
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in residential aged care
- Ability to speak Italian is a bonus but not required
