**What You’ll Do**
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Assist with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
- Support dignity, independence, and person-centred care

**What You’ll Need**
**Essential**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Understanding of aged care and person-centred practices
- A caring, respectful, and reliable approach
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in residential aged care
- Ability to speak Italian is a bonus (not essential)
