
Transformative Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Service Field Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while working on various field tasks across different technologies.
This is an autonomous position where you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesKey aspects of this role include:
- Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
- Installation of customer premises equipment
- Fault diagnosis and repair of cabling networks and customer premises equipment
Additionally, you will work in multiple environments, both internal and external, predominantly inside customers' premises. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to deliver excellent service and build trust with customers.
What We Are Looking ForWe seek experienced candidates with transferable skills from a communication cabling or electrical background who are eager to explore a new career in the telecommunications sector. A strong work ethic, self-management, and motivation are essential for this role.
Excellent communication skills, a current driver's license, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service are also required.
