The successful candidate will have solid experience as Demi Chef/Chef de Partie and relevant tertiary qualifications, such as Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques, and equipment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and report any incidents or issues promptly.
Requirements:
