Job Title: Senior Culinary Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Culinary Team Leader to join our culinary team. As a Senior Culinary Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest and member experiences while maintaining food cost controls.

Responsibilities
  • Menu Creation: Contribute to the development of menus that ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times.
  • Team Management: Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively, promoting a well-organised and motivated team.
  • Customer Service: Develop strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service when required.
  • Rota Management: Ensure resources meet business needs through effective management of working rotas.
  • Brand Standards: Support brand standards through training and assessment of the team.
  • Food Cost Controls: Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue.
  • Department Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of activities in other departments and their implications.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Comply with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
Requirements
  • Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef Experience: Strong experience as a Chef de Partie or previous Junior Sous Chef.
  • Creative Approach: Creative approach to food preparation.
  • Supervisory Skills: Excellent supervisory skills.
  • Communication Skills: Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Grooming Standards: High grooming standards.
  • Planning and Organisation: Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Learning and Development: Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
