Culinary Expert Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our culinary team at a luxury boutique hotel in the Hunter Valley.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your passion for presentation and commitment to quality will be evident in every meal you create.

Some of your daily tasks may include:

  • Preparing high-quality dishes that meet our guests' expectations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring supplies and equipment are managed efficiently
  • Assisting with kitchen duties as needed, including washing up and contributing to ad-hoc tasks
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent results

To succeed in this role, you will need a formal Commercial Cookery Certification and a minimum of one year's experience as a chef in a hotel kitchen environment. You must also possess strong skills in a la carte, banqueting, and buffet food production, as well as a working knowledge of HACCP procedures and a high standard of personal presentation.
