
State Business Partnership Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned clients across various regions.
To achieve this, the State Account Manager will be responsible for formulating business strategies that align with company objectives and client requirements.
This involves developing yearly account plans, providing inputs into national plans, and ensuring alignment with key account strategies.
The position also entails managing activities planning and control, implementing and evaluating promotional programs, and providing commercial insights for account and category plan implementation.
Additionally, the State Account Manager will be accountable for monitoring client performance, identifying areas for improvement, and taking corrective actions to maximize distribution and sales.
This role requires a strong understanding of commercial logistics, sales, field, and merchandising processes, as well as advanced communication and influencing skills.
A university degree in a relevant field and relevant commercial experience in FMCG are essential requirements for this position.

- Maintains effective relationships with clients to ensure mutual benefits.
- Manages activities planning and control to optimize promotional program effectiveness.
