About this role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Business Partnerships Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of employer engagement and be able to develop and maintain effective business relationships.

In this role, you will work closely with employers and participants to create sustainable employment outcomes. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with local and national employers, understanding their workforce needs, and creating customised, inclusive job opportunities.

Your key focus areas will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to drive growth and success
  • Buidling and maintaining strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive job opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align job opportunities with participant aspirations
  • Promoting the benefits of hiring people with disability and supporting employers to implement effective workplace adjustments
