Lead the Next Chapter of Impact in Australian Sport

As a visionary leader, you will spearhead the next chapter of impact in Australian sport.

The mission is to be the nation's leading catalyst for philanthropic funding in sport, partnering with athletes, clubs, and donors to deliver a sustainable future.

Following substantial fundraising growth, the organization is poised for its most impactful chapter yet, with philanthropic donations now exceeding $100m annually.

You will report to the Board and be responsible for implementing a refreshed strategic plan through to 2032. This role requires a passionate advocate for sport and community impact, with leadership capability to inspire and unite diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a refreshed strategic plan through to 2032.
  2. Provide regular updates on progress to the Board.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including athletes, clubs, organizations, and donors.
  4. Work closely with the Board to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
  5. Identify and pursue new opportunities for fundraising and revenue growth.
