Job Overview:

FSANZ is entering an exciting period of transformation. We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our leadership team as General Manager, Enablement, Preparedness and Productivity.

  • Drive change to align corporate functions with the organisation's new strategic direction.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead digital enablement, governance and workforce capability to strengthen productivity and resilience.
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive to set organisational strategy and deliver on the organisation's mission.
  • Ensure effective governance, probity and risk management across all enabling functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead digital enablement, governance and workforce capability to strengthen productivity and resilience.

  • Ensure effective governance, probity and risk management across all enabling functions.

  • Strong governance and risk expertise, with an understanding of digital and workforce transformation.
