We are seeking a senior executive to lead and manage our agency effectively. As a key member of our executive team, you will play an important role in driving our transformation and providing high-level advice to our Chief Executive Officer and Minister.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, sound judgement, strong customer focus, and the ability to engender respect and trust. You should be driven to continuously learn, innovate and achieve outcomes in a dynamic environment.
The role requires a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, although this is highly desirable rather than essential. Your previous experience in strategy, program management, service design, corporate and service delivery will also be valuable assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our agency to achieve its objectives and goals
- Provide strategic advice to our Chief Executive Officer and Minister on matters related to agency operations and development
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the agency
- Maintain a strong customer focus and ensure that our services meet the needs of our customers
