Transformation Leader Job Description

The role seeks a seasoned professional to drive organizational modernization and process optimization through strategic program management.

This position will oversee complex, multi-year projects including Salesforce CRM integration, digital transformation initiatives, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects align with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a structured approach to execution.

  • Establish governance frameworks, risk management processes, and performance tracking across all projects
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership on program objectives
  • Manage program-level dependencies, resource allocation, and budgeting to optimize outcomes
  • Drive the adoption of program tracking and reporting, enhancing visibility and accountability
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CRM systems, digital solutions, and process improvements
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
  • Advocate for program management best practices, coaching teams and fostering a culture of structured execution

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in leading large-scale digital transformation programs, particularly in Salesforce CRM systems or customer-facing platforms. They should have hands-on experience in planning and executing multiple projects while facilitating cross-functional collaboration and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

A strong foundation in program management methodologies, including PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile frameworks, is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in managing project governance, risk assessment, and resource allocation at a program level. They should also be skilled in using project tracking tools to drive visibility and accountability.

In addition to technical expertise, this role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical audiences. The successful candidate should be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights and build durable buy-in among stakeholders.
