Job OverviewKey Responsibilities:- Manage calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless scheduling.
- Coordinate national and international meetings, site tours, investor events, and roadshows.
- Prepare client packs, reports, and presentations for review.
- Be the key point of contact for investor engagement logistics.
- Maintain and update our CRM with key partner interactions.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense processing, and provide general administrative support.
- Experience managing complex diaries.
- Good IT skills, intermediate level in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills and proactive nature.
- Event coordination and/or marketing experience would be beneficial.
- A genuine interest in and willingness to learn about the property industry.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
