
Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to provide executive and administrative support to our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars for senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely responses to changing circumstances.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes, while tracking and following up on action items.
- Provide travel arrangements and expense management for the senior leadership team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and other key partners.
- Support strategic projects and initiatives as required by the senior leadership team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior executive or c-suite level.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Strong administrative skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- A professional, calm, and 'can-do' approach to all tasks.
- Success in working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and advanced typing skills.
