
Senior Business Operations Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing administrative and organisational expertise to the Corporate Vice President / Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic calendar management to anticipate future needs and prioritise support for the Corporate Vice President/Managing Director.
- Cross-functional collaboration and cross-cultural communication with internal and external networks.
- Leadership of the ANZ Business Support community to focus on technology adoption and AI usage to increase productivity.
- Orchestrate key ANZ-wide administrative tasks, including distribution lists and organisational charts.
- Active participation in ANZ-wide and Global Business Support communities, considering cross-cultural nuances and diverse teams.
Additionally, this role involves event coordination and logistics for signature events, project ownership, resource management, rhythm of business management, and travel management.
Key Qualifications:- At least 7+ years of experience in administrative, business support, or customer service roles, preferably with C-Suite or CEO level exposure.
- Experience supporting ANZ region AND/OR Global teams.
- Ability to build relationships at the senior level across multiple geographies and business areas.
