Results-driven Business Development Coordinator sought to drive sales growth and expansion.
This is a full-time role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
About the Role:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone & internet sales enquires and converting them into appointments for the sales team.
You will also follow up all other sales leads and conduct outbound sales follow-up calls to our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone & internet sales enquiries
- Convert sales enquires into appointments for the sales team

Qualities to Succeed:
- Experience in a sales environment
- Previous experience in Telesales preferred
- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with customers
- Solid understanding of target requirements
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- A high level of personal presentation
- Able to multitask and prioritise work when required
