National Accounts Manager

We are seeking a dynamic National Key Account Manager to join our Residential Sales Team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our strategic objectives and ensuring the integrity of our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance portfolio profitability, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and report on revenue performance.
- Ensure effective rollout of new growth products across national accounts.
- Respond promptly to Key Account inquiries and execute an effective customer call cycle.
- Maintain accurate reporting, including Salesforce records, competitor analyses, and customer activity.
- Uphold Stramit's core values: Protect, Be Bold, Customer Leading, and Better Together.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in managing national accounts and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly analytical, with great problem-solving skills and exposure to forecasting methodologies and logistical requirements.
- Proven experience of strategic planning and tactical implementation skills, with strong knowledge of sales strategies.
- High commercial acumen and computer literacy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated success in leading diverse teams.
- Prior experience in the plumbing and/or building industry is preferable.
