About the Role

Pace Appointments is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing key national accounts, developing strategic sales and marketing plans, and fostering strong relationships with buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key national accounts to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Negotiate contracts and implement product development initiatives to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key buyers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, and provide logical solutions to complex issues.
About You

We are looking for a dynamic and self-starting individual with a proven track record in managing national accounts and fostering strong relationships. You should have experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of sales strategy, negotiation, and brand development. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and drive business growth.
