Membership Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic membership growth and retention strategy.
- Identify and deliver products and services to boost membership engagement.
- Lead the team in implementing the membership strategic plans and driving business outcomes.
- Analyse and report on membership data to inform business decisions.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
- Extensive experience in member-based organisations, volunteer management, and team leadership.
- Strong ability to interpret market needs and deliver service excellence through effective stakeholder engagement.
