About the Role


We're seeking a highly motivated and people-centric Membership Development Manager to drive new member acquisition and deliver exceptional experiences for our existing community.


This is a high-impact position that requires autonomy, initiative, and confidence. You will work closely with the Membership Team, Community Groups, and Enquiries to achieve sales targets and support the full member journey - from initial contact to thriving within our spaces.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase membership sales and retention across our locations
  • Own the entire sales process - from lead generation and tours through to proposals and successful onboarding
  • Respond to new leads with warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our value proposition
  • Collaborate with the Membership Team and Enquiries to build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct engaging and insightful tours that match prospective members with the right spaces
  • Work with Community Groups to support member growth, needs changes, and internal referrals
  • Build trusted relationships with members, brokers, and stakeholders
  • Travel to our locations to support occupancy, tours, and events
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in our CRM system
  • Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and contribute to team-wide projects
  • Prepare and manage proposals, agreements, and handovers to ensure a seamless experience

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing membership numbers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
