We're seeking a Membership Sales Consultant to help us grow our membership base and bring more professionals into our thriving network.

About the Role

In this role, you'll:

  • Attend and co-host lively breakfast networking events in South Yarra (2–3 breakfast events weekly at 7:30am, approx. 2 hours each)
  • Engage with attendees, build rapport, and follow up with trial guests to convert them into members
  • Represent the organisation with professionalism, warmth and enthusiasm
  • Work towards achievable KPIs, with plenty of training and ongoing support

What's on Offer

  • Approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility on hours
  • Hourly rate + performance bonus based on KPI achievement
  • Full training and mentoring from a supportive, collaborative team
  • A dynamic role that combines event hosting, networking, and consultative sales

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and confidence in social settings
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to building relationships
  • Previous experience in sales, membership, or networking environments is a bonus, but not essential
