Pharmacy Sales Manager for Wound Care Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Sales Manager to join our team in NSW North region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry in ANZ and a proven track record selling within the pharmacy channel.
Responsibilities- Maintain and develop sales within a designated territory covering the NSW North region.
- Target customers for new business development and provide in-service programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Attend conferences, trade displays, and meetings relevant to business development and work effectively with other S&N staff.
- Keep up-to-date with competitor products and activity, and consult with Marketing/Regulatory Affairs Department on field promotional materials.
- Review sales data monthly to actively performance manage key products and key accounts.
- Tertiary qualifications in Science or Business relevant disciplines ideal, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3-5 years of selling experience in a similar role with Pharmacy products and/or in the Pharmacy Channel.
- Proven success track record selling within the pharmacy channel, strong selling skills, and understanding of the selling process.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in ANZ, working knowledge of wound care or related area desirable.
- Highly focused on exceeding customer expectations, good planning and execution skills, attention to detail, and committed to excellence.
- Superior presentation and public speaking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A competitive estimated salary of AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum.
