The Role: Territory Manager, Hospital - NSW

You will drive the growth and acceleration of Advanced Wound Management products in the hospital channel for Smith+Nephew in NSW. This role involves developing and maintaining opportunities and key account management plans for selected products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve budgeted sales and market share within assigned territory.
  • Develop working knowledge of Marketing and Hospital Channel Strategy to assertively drive territory sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with other staff where overlap of territory responsibilities exists.
  • Ensure all company policies are enforced and reports are completed thoroughly and accurately.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach to work processes using sales automation.

Requirements:

  • Folio degree in Business or relevant medical field.
  • Prior sales experience within the healthcare industry is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia and/or New Zealand, solid understanding of wound care or related area.
  • Shown success selling into hospitals.
  • Travel requirements: up to 25% domestic.
