Sales Professional for Advanced Wound Management Products

Smith+Nephew, a leading medical technology company, seeks an experienced Sales Professional to drive the growth and acceleration of Advanced Wound Management products in the hospital channel.
About the RoleThis role will cover Hospital accounts in NSW region, reporting into the Area Sales Manager, Advanced Wound Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales, market share, and focus products within assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:- Achieve budgeted sales, market share, and focus products within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products, reviewed quarterly.
- Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive the accurate actions to maximize the return on the investment.
- Have a working knowledge of the Marketing and Hospital Channel Strategy as it relates to the designated product group to be able to assertively encompass the accurate territory sales tactics.
- Utilise Challenger Methodology to maximise the customer's sales experience.
- Formal education in Business or relevant medical field.
- Prior sales experience within the healthcare industry is essential.
- Indepth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia and/or New Zealand, solid understanding of wound care or related area.
- Shown success selling into hospitals.
We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible personal/vacation time off, paid holidays, flex holidays, paid community service day, and a hybrid work model.
