We're seeking a proactive recruitment specialist to lead end-to-end hiring across key roles in the NDIS and clinical space - including Behaviour Support Practitioners, Support Coordinators, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals.Join a values-driven organisation where your expertise supports high-quality care and life-changing outcomes for people in our communities.
About the RoleIn this dynamic position, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of specialist roles across our disability, community, and clinical services.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to source the right talent, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive workforce planning to meet future service needs.You'll bringProven experience in recruitment-ideally within NDIS, nursing, or allied healthStrong knowledge of AHPRA registration, nurse qualifications, and clinical complianceUnderstanding of NDIS roles and sector requirements (e.g., Positive Behaviour Support, Support Coordination)Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search)Familiarity with workforce planning, onboarding processes, and best-practice talent strategiesWhy Join Us?
