Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team.

Job Description:

As a key member of the team, you will lead recruitment efforts across various roles, ensuring timely and cost-effective initiatives. You will oversee the recruitment process, develop strategic workforce plans, and manage data management and recruitment administration.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection activities for various roles
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to create effective advertisements
  • Support hiring managers in maintaining relationships with candidates
  • Plan interview procedures, including screening calls and assessments centers
  • Oversee succession planning to ensure staffing needs are met
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in a similar recruitment position, ideally from both agency & in-house environments (retail or volume recruitment advantageous)
  • Strong leadership capabilities (2+ years leading a team/individual)
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Solid understanding of Australian employment law
  • Attention to detail with adaptability in changing environments
