This role will focus on driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth within our existing customer base by identifying and executing upsell opportunities.
Key Objectives:- Nurture relationships with high-potential service providers to maximise ARR impact.
- Qualify and progress expansion opportunities through disciplined outreach and accurate forecasting.
- Drive expansion deals with tailored proposals and commercial terms.
This is an ideal opportunity for experienced B2B SaaS professionals to leverage their skills in industrial services, particularly in mining, energy or construction. You will engage workforce and compliance stakeholders, map complex accounts and unlock multiple decision-makers.
Requirements:- Deep familiarity with industrial services and ability to engage workforce and compliance stakeholders.
