
Industrial Growth Manager

Our company is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our thriving team in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in industrial equipment, welding, or power tools and a strong understanding of sales processes for account development. They will be responsible for cultivating and managing customer relationships, overseeing daily industrial sales activities, and expanding territory by securing new sales of gas/liquid products with existing customers.
We are looking for someone who can develop proposals, detailed costings, and contract documents to optimize profitability and foster strong relationships and manage contracts for customers within designated sales territories ensuring long-term commercially profitable partnerships.
This role requires excellent communication presentation skills and the ability to complete required paperwork and reporting in accordance with standard operating procedures. The successful candidate will also identify and promptly address safety hazards risks incidents near misses and accidents.
As a key member of our team, you will provide support for internal external auditing activities within your responsible area.
