Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Technology Division, based in Sydney. This is a critical role that will play a key part in executing programs that grow Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives across the division.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to lift diverse representation across all levels, focusing on gender and first nations talent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Technology Division
  • Collaborating with business units, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support program participants
  • Upholding the brand and reputation of CIO Group Business Units (GBU), the Technology Division, and the Westpac Group
  • Displaying positive risk behaviors
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of diversity programs and initiatives
  • Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for diversity, equity, and inclusion outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Previous DEI/HR program delivery experience (at least 3 years +)
  • Extensive stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • High business acumen
  • Proven experience achieving gender diverse targets and/or behavioral change initiatives desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tertiary education completion
