Exciting Opportunity for a Senior HR Professional

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief People Officer to join our team in Sydney Olympic Park. This is a rare opportunity to lead the People and Culture function and team responsible for partnering with leaders across the business, developing and implementing P&C strategies that align with people, business, and commercial goals.

This role will oversee all aspects of P&C including payroll, learning and development, organisational development, and Work Health and Safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, particularly at a senior leadership level.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing P&C strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Leading a high-performing P&C team, including payroll management
  • Managing goal setting and performance review processes
  • Coordinating compensation and remuneration reviews, benchmarking, and other benefits-related activities
  • Managing workplace relations matters, including ER and IR
  • Approving payroll runs and overseeing workers' compensation and Return to Work processes
  • Reporting on P&C metrics and providing insights to inform business decisions

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior HR/P&C generalist roles
  • Proven expertise in a similar organisation and industry, preferably agency, marketing, media, communications, or public relations
