About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reward & Systems Data Analyst to join our dynamic Vocus People and Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing large data sets from our HRIS system, consolidating data using advanced Excel skills, and building automated models to produce reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and analyze HR data to provide insights that drive business decisions and support cyclical processes.
  • Develop and maintain weekly reports for the business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Systems Specialist on integrations and project work, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support the delivery of cyclical processes, including salary surveys, bonus payments, remuneration reviews, and WGEA submissions.
  • Review and manage job classifications for all roles across Vocus, including ownership of the job structure in our HRIS system.
  • Support the Vocus Benefits program, including managing the benefits portal and mailbox, and administering benefits for Vocus team members.
  • Support processes such as annual performance reviews, award audits, and other payroll-related tasks.
  • Contribute to the overall delivery of the Vocus Reward Strategy.
Requirements
  • Proficient in advanced Excel features, with a strong understanding of data manipulation and analysis.
  • Adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledgeable in key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, learning and development, performance, and succession.
  • Basic understanding of HRIS design, information risk, and security, with experience in remuneration reviews a plus.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies, such as Aon JobLink, Mercer IPE, and Radford, a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Dedicated to customer service and user experience, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good planning, organization, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills, with effective administrative and time management skills.
