Lead Nurse Educator

The Clinical Nurse Educator plays a pivotal role in shaping the professional development and growth journey of our staff. This position guides colleagues through tailored onboarding, mentorship, and engagement in community building initiatives, consultations, and celebrations.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver effective training programs for new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance and support to foster growth, connection, and success among colleagues
- Collaborate with peers to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect within our workplace
Necessary Qualifications
- Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with a relevant authority
- A certificate in training and assessment or equivalent qualification
- Aboriginal descent and eligibility under anti-discrimination laws for identification as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
