As our Nurse Educator, you will lead, inspire, and elevate education across one of NSW's premier health networks.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in a management role and be eligible for current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:- Curriculum Development: Design, implement, and refine comprehensive learning pathways for all staff.
- Educational Leadership: Offer expert guidance, mentorship, and support to Clinical Nurse Educators.
- Academic Partnerships: Collaborate with tertiary institutions and specialty Nurse Educators to co-create, launch, and assess postgraduate nursing courses.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the planning and deployment of targeted educational strategies for the nursing workforce.
- Hold or be eligible for current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in a management role.
The position is based at John Hunter Hospital, a world-class medical facility offering cutting-edge healthcare services.
