A leading Australian Engineering firm, based in North Sydney, is seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
The Role
In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide high-level administrative support to Directors, including diary management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements. You will also work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage office supplies, meeting rooms, onboarding, and daily tasks.
You will be responsible for handling invoicing, accounts, expenses, and IT setups, as well as assisting with event planning, social media, and branding initiatives. Your contributions will play a key role in projects and company forecasting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional personal assistance to Directors.
- Support the Office Manager with administration tasks.
- Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, and daily operations.
- Handle financial tasks, including invoicing and expense reporting.
- Assist with event planning, marketing, and branding efforts.
- Contribute to projects and company forecasting.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Administration, Reception, or Personal Assistance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (training available if needed).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
