About This Position:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our team.
This role is critical to the smooth operation of our office, including meeting coordination, HR and ICT support, and general administrative tasks.
- Deliver a range of administrative services including records management, purchasing, correspondence, meeting support, and data entry stationery orders.
- Manage office equipment and assist staff with technical-related enquiries.
- Support recruitment processes and onboard new staff members.
- Assist with travel bookings, expense reports, and catering orders.
- Provide ad hoc support to senior staff members.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can contribute to the success of our team. You will bring:
- A Certificate III in Business Administration or substantial experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Initiative and sound judgement in handling confidential matters.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to customer service.
