About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of all departments, including Duty Managers, Supervisors, and operational staff. As a key advisor to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Club's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor staff, identifying training and development needs to enhance member experience.
- Develop and implement business improvements, providing innovative ideas to enhance operational procedures.
- Manage patron relationships, resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with AML/CTF, Legislation, Self-Exclusion, and member welfare checks.
- Oversee external contractors, security, and maintenance of facilities to ensure staff and patron safety.
- Update roster templates to ensure efficient operations during trade and excellent customer service.
- Experience in a similar operational leadership position in the hospitality industry.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Inspiring leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and financial reporting skills.
- Knowledge of operations over all departments, including gaming and food and beverage services, and relevant legislation.
