About the Opportunity

ECH INC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Village Operations Manager to proactively maintain the highest standards of community engagement and exemplar customer service for our residents.

This role will encompass strategic and operational management responsibilities across a hub or region of retirement villages and community programs. You will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional and social well-being of our residents through ensuring they have an exceptional accommodation, lifestyle and care experience with ECH INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership and understand the nuances required to effectively engage and provide exceptional customer services to residents within a village environment.
  • Effectively engage and build stakeholder relationships and have the ability to work collaboratively with our residents to resolve complaints and ensure the village community remains cohesive.
  • Be adaptable and agile to meet operational demand, while also seeing the bigger picture to work and deliver on strategic and value-add programs of work.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability working in a comparable role within a retirement living, property or aged-care environment.
  • Ability to provide operational leadership and understand the nuances required to effectively engage and provide exceptional customer services to residents within a village environment.
  • Ability to effectively engage and build stakeholder relationships and have the ability to work collaboratively with our residents to resolve complaints and ensure the village community remains cohesive.
