Community Experience Manager

We are seeking a Community Experience Manager to lead our social and community support strategy, using professional partnerships and technology to reduce costs and drive customer advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, develop, and enable the team to provide a digital customer experience of the future.
- Foster a sense of belonging and community among members.
- Serve as a liaison between community members and organisational leadership.
- Advocate for the needs and interests of the community within the organisation.
- Encourage collaboration, communication, and positive interactions among community members.
- Provide guidance, support, and resources to community members as needed.
- Promote inclusivity and diversity within the community.
- Monitor community engagement and gather feedback to improve.
You will be a natural collaborator and self-starter with strong business acumen, particularly in SMEs. You should have knowledge of web fundamentals, community forums, and SEM. Providing accurate technical support to customers is essential, along with a solid understanding of software development and product strategy in a startup SaaS environment.
You should also have experience managing, moderating, and driving online-based communities and social media. Excellent written and oral English communication skills are necessary. A genuine passion for customer experience and empathy for both customers and their end-users is required.
