Field Sales Development Manager

The National Field Sales Planner will be responsible for analyzing data to provide insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management and state field teams. This role is crucial in maximizing the return from investment in internal field sales resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Regional On Premise Managers and Key Account Managers to gather and clarify requests for field execution.
- Provide recommendations to Regional On Premise Managers on resource deployment to maximize account activity and opportunities in all channels.
- Maximize capacity planning through a standardized approach and provide support to ROPM's and LOPM's.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant field sales experience.
- Competent IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in data and translate them into meaningful sales/productivity initiatives.
