National Manager, Indigenous Strategy and Operations

As the National Manager, Indigenous Strategy and Operations, you will contribute significantly to the strategic and operational planning activities of the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor and First Peoples Directorate. Your key responsibilities will include providing strategic policy advice, leading key initiatives that promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student success nationally, and overseeing the administrative and reporting functions of the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous).
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic policy advice and lead key initiatives that promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student success nationally.
* Oversee the administrative and reporting functions of the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous).
* Contribute to the strategic and operational planning activities of the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor and First Peoples Directorate.
Requirements:
* Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander to enable an informed approach to strategy and policy development and effectively manage teams.
* Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams and successfully deliver/manage complex projects and comprehensive reporting across wide-ranging stakeholder relationships.
