Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Services Manager to join our growing team at Pure Consultancy.
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum reflects the firm's commitment to attracting top talent and investing in its people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of accountants, overseeing workflow management, WIP control, delegating and reviewing work, consulting with clients, and considering business development opportunities.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, sound leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a Business Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' businesses and drive growth through value-added services.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, and provide high-end advisory services to our clients. You will also be responsible for managing a small team of accountants, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of business development principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. You will also need to have a proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles.
