Lime Recruitment is seeking a Senior Business Development Analyst to join our team based in Darwin, Northern Territory. This contract role offers two pay runs per week without contractor fees.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements. They will also conduct walkthroughs to validate and obtain approval of business analysis outputs.

This role involves providing business analysis support relevant to provision of requirements support and clarification throughout a full project development or implementation lifecycle. The successful candidate will also undertake and support testing activities, including preparing and executing test plans and cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Conducting walkthroughs to validate and obtain approval of business analysis outputs
  • Providing business analysis support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Undertaking and supporting testing activities, including test planning and execution

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in business process model and notation (BPMN) 2.0 standard or similar
  • A minimum 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst, including experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis/modelling, process mapping and information analysis/modelling
  • Experience mapping business requirements and processes to the functionality of a product whilst identifying gaps and opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience in being able to provide a holistic, human centred approach to the design of digital products
  • High level analytical skills and organisational skills with good attention to detail and ability to think laterally and conceptually
